Representation

       To be honest, there isn't much representation in my film given that I only have one character...but, the opener revolves around a brown, Muslim man going through mental health issues. Although it is not explicitly stated, I wanted to make it clear that he is going through something negative in his life, which can also be exemplified through the title 'Stuck'. I hope that my opener isn't stereotypical, even though I personally think that the premise of my video is something that has probably been done many times.

    However, I think that projects surrounding a Muslim man struggling with his mental health is something that there isn't much of, so I'm glad that even though this is a small-scale project, it does hold some representation for that specific group.
