Editing

    I've been editing my project together and I think it looks alright so far. The process has been fairly going fairly well and I'm glad I haven't had many complications yet :-)

    I'm not sure if this counts as a video effect, but I have put some filters on my clips to dim the lighting in them a bit and make the video look more "grey", in order to contribute to the gloomy atmosphere of the opening. Also, I added a fade out effect at the end of one of my clips so the transition I use in that section would look more smoother (a transition from a wall to the inside of a fridge). Other than that, I haven't used any other effects or transitions, although once I'm sure I have all the clips I want, I might add more.

                The editing process itself has also gone great as well. There are a few problems I've been having though, but nothing too major. For example, when I'm editing, sometimes the app freezes on one clip for no reason and I have to wait a few seconds for it to reload again, pretty annoying! It's also been hard to determine when I should add diegetic sound, or just let the music in the background play out. But I've found a nice balance so far and I'm glad this problem wasn't as hard to fix as I thought it would be.

    Editing has been really fun to do and it's something that I've had fun with in the past, so I'm glad to be able to work on this.
